1919 Will Never be the Same

The Southside Fort Worth community has recently lost a dear friend. Mark Armstrong died this week due to complications related to his respiratory problems. Mark was a fixture at 1919 Hemphill, always greeting show-goers with a friendly “How y’all doin’ tonight?” Mark went to more shows at 1919 Hemphill than anybody else and 1919 will not be the same without him and his Yorkie Sunshine. A memorial service will be held at 10 AM on Thursday January 13 at Hope Works Ministries, 2 blocks north of 1919 at 1701 Hemphill St. We encourage anybody who knew Mark to attend.

Unconscious projector is a wild little project Torry is putting together where he shows a movie and has a band play with some sort of similarity. This screening will be the Kathryn Bigelow classic Point Break.
