Sometimes bad stuff happens

Doors on all shows open at 7pm and are $6 unless otherwise noted. All events at 1919 Hemphill are all ages; no exceptions! We are an alcohol and smoke-free building.

1919 recently had a little bit of bad luck that resulted in the front window being smashed out by a few neighborhood kids. There was a gun involved and Rick got punched in the face. We weren’t going to make a big deal about it, but the Dallas Observer wrote an article about it, so I felt I should acknowledge it. Rick is OK and the window is replaced.
